All online orders over $199 will be shipped with no freight charges with the following exceptions:
- Any items that need to be shipped by truck (items too large for UPS or Fedex)
- Any rush orders, such as Next Day Air, 2nd day Air, etc
- The freight charges for these orders will be determined on an order by order basis and you will be notified of the shipping charges before the order is shipped
- Please note that rush orders may not be shipped until the day after the order is placed.

We will make every effort to have your items delivered as soon as possible to you.
- Any item from our stock will be shipped immediately.
- Any item coming from a vendor usually takes 2 to 3 weeks from time of order. We will notify you of any delay beyond this time.
- Any rush orders will be confirmed immediately and you will be notified if there will be any delays before you are charged.
There will be taxes charged for any shipments made in Massachusetts unless we receive a tax exempt certificate. There will be no taxes charged for shipments outside of Massachusetts but within the U.S.
